Well I never got a chance to experience the hotel I got a phone call the morning of to verify that I'm coming and about 3:30 I got another call telling me the hotel is booked over overbooked did I need my room yes I didn't have time to argue about something that I could not fix so that's where I'm at with the situation I hand

Gone down hill …
This used to be a very nice hotel but it’s definitely gone down hill. Front desk staff wearing a Slipknot t-shirt never asked for my ID when checking me in. Three housekeeping member were arguing loudly and cussing right in front of us. Room was pretty clean and comfortable but the halls were filthy. Pool was DISGUSTING!! Breakfast was good but the garbages were overflowing and the apple juice cups were rotten. Management needs to pay some attention here!

THE WORST
THE WORST!! we booked our reservation more than five months in advance, confirmed and paid for our room prior to getting there and us along with another couple so two rooms total paid for confirmed get there and they don’t have a reservation and they’re sold out for the night and they tell us, Oh well we have a new manager, so that’s probably why your reservation got lost in the system. Will never ever book this property again, and will tell everyone to never book with them.

Hotel room was not cleaned
The room was filthy, from the ice bucket with scummy, old water still in it, to the unchanged bedding on the fold out sofa. Hotel staff were somewhat helpful in providing towels (room had one towel for a room booked for 5 people) and sent up clean bedding for the fold out with no offer to make it for us. Also requested a roll away that was delivered after a reminder, no pillow, and was held together with tied garbage bags. Hotels.Com AND this hotel refused to refund me after being a customer for over a decade. No where else to stay that weekend in Grand forks or I would have complained and asked to be rebooked elsewhere. I prepaid through hotels app.
