Short family trip to Tokyo
It is located in the busy Shinjuku area of Tokyo within easy walk of transit. But the hotel itself is on a quieter street. Buffet breakfast was a good value, with great views.

Okay
Everything was okay, normal check in/out, customer service needs to improve for sure, simple request for translation could have been done in a min, but instead have to go thur alot to verify if u r a guest, overall price/stays is balance.

Nice hotel
The hotel is nice, we found the lounge on the 13th was very comfortable but you have to pay a seat charge even if you order drinks and food....very short sited. We would have gone there in the evening for a nightcap, probably every night but with that surcharge we went somewhere else.
