Great hotel!
The trip was for a family weekend. Everything was great, the only negative was the people above us were very noisy. I don't know if it is an insulation issue. Not really the hotels fault but the sound was very loud. We could hear the trains early in the morning so maybe next time try the other end of the hotel. Everything else was great!

Nice hotel
great location and nice hotel. Better breakfast than most US hotels, but still a far cry from European hotels. The only thing that I don't like about Residence Inn hotels is those walk-in showers. If they had a sliding door that completely seals the shower from water getting all over the floor, that would be a HUGE improvement. It is an odd design, and creates. lot more work for their housekeeping staff.

New Years eve
I love the place but there was old dog toys and bones and a couple bottles that were not cleaned out of the room before we got there and they don’t advertise anywhere that it’s a 100.00$ dog fee till your there and it’s to late to change the reservation but service was great and very nice people

fantastic 2 bedroom/2 bathroom experience
Our family with 2 grown kids stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed our time. the location in the Pearl makes everything walkable. Having 2 bedrooms and a (uncomfortable but used) hideabed gave everyone their own bed and TV as well. 2 bathrooms were luxurious and so convenient for all 4 of us. The kitchen was well equipped and we could have stayed there and cooked easily. The breakfast that came with the room was ample and more than just OK. The check in reception were so friendly. We did have trouble getting bedding for the hidebed. Took 3 phone calls and 45 minutes. DONT pay for parking. On the street parking is easily available.
