While I understood the property was undergoing remodeling, the first morning of my stay I was woken up at 8 am to incessant hammering coming from the room being remodeled below, would have been nice if they started a little later. Also found a half eaten roast chicken in my refrigerator from the previous occupant and there were a few people living out of their vehicles in the parking lot that would fight and argue with each other making my friend and I feel unsafe when going to our car
