Everything was fine. I would suggest buying new sheets, for they seemed worn. Besides that it was clean and comfortable

Overall good hotel for the prize, the only think was when checking in I asked for a later check out since we arrived around 10pm. Front desk lady said “sure we could probably do 12pm for you” the next morning I had housekeeping knocking at 10am and at 11am saying I didn’t have a late check out. They called twice for the same thing. Employees need to communicate more.

When I checked in, the desk clerk told me twice that he did not have a room for me, even though I had made a reservation. This made me very upset because I had had a stressful day of driving and had a headache. Then he told me he was joking. I did not think that was funny. The ice machine was broken. There was no breakfast except coffee and juice.

Not impressed.
The person at the check in could have been friendlier, but maybe he was just having a bad day. The breakfast was worthless. Danish and a couple other pastries that consisted of 1-3 bites and coffee in cups that were half the size of those in the rooms. If you want coffee, use the room cups or bring your own mug. The internet worked, but not quickly and kept shutting off and making me sign back on.

Horrible. Disgusting.
We were only staying one night as we were just passing through and we will never stay here again. The room smelled like smoke and we requested a non-smoking room. There was hair all over the bathtub when I went to give my children a bath. The toilet was clogged. We won't be back.

DO NOT STAY here. I scheduled a trip a week out. Arrived in the evening to discover my reservation had been cancelled. They stated they tried to call me and I didn’t answer so they cancelled my reservation. They didn’t leave a message, email or try to message me through Expedia. I had to find a room 29 miles in the opposite direction and they wouldn’t offer anything toward my inconvenience. They then charged me for the stay. They didn’t refund the charge until I went back and requested the police to come. While waiting for the police they refunded the charge. They don’t care about customers. Beware!!
