Great wheelchair accessibility—ramp to the lobby rooms, restaurant, and swimming area. Roll in shower and roll-under sink. Friendly staff. Location is a little far from restaurants and the city center

We were looking for a hotel nearby de airport. It is a 4 minute drive, that made our trip easier. The hotel was very clean and nice. We had been traveling for some days and we specially appreciated the very comfortables beds and pillows and the delicious shower with enough water pressure. Everybody was kind too.

Reception and restaurant staff very friendly. Its a 10/15 minute walk into the centre of Palenque but its a straight well lit road. WiFi not good in room 101 but step outside the door to the pool and perfect and its more fun watching football (soccer) by the pool rather than in your room. i slept well and enjoyed my visit to Palenque and would stay at this hotel again.

When we get there, all our reservations clearly say “king”, but when we got to our rooms they were all double beds. Only because I complained I got a king. It was clear this was not a mistake and they purposely did not give us the rooms we reserved. Also, they advertise a safe in every room, and no safe in our room. Shower door was off track, but fixed it. The jacuzzi in room didn’t work. Breakfast was just ok. The beds were soft enough. They have a pool. I can confirm as some have pointed out that there are monkeys in the trees behind the hotel, but unless you have a telephoto lens, it maybe hard to enjoy, as the jungle is rough. Bottomline this is about average, but I felt that giving us doubles without saying something, even some lame excuse, would have been better than just giving us different rooms than we reserved.

Loved our stay here. We stayed 2 nights here. Got a massage! Enjoyed watching the monkeys and iguanas in their backyard! Also enjoyed a dip in the pool when we arrived at 10 pm. After sightseeing all day.

The matress was so hard that I got two blankets folded on top of the bed to make it Soft enough so I can sleep and not wake up with back aches.we make a reservation for queen bed for my husband and I,but we got two singles but not big deal.the room had a/c tv with cable ,it have what we need nothing fancy.they have a pool the we used after our tour to palenque. The hotel was close to chaudry store so we went and got water fruit and fresh bread, plus we drove like five minutes to market and plaza where they have restaurants, banks souvenir stores.
