Love this hotel!
Our family of 3 adults stayed here for two nights. We stayed in this nice bedroom with 2 beds, one bed in a semi-private corner. All furnishings were a mix of old Victorian and modern. There is no elevator as the building must be a century old. Service was good. We were close to Frontenac and a few steps to Petit Champlain. I’d definitely stay here again next time around. The hotel was really nice and complemented the old Quebec ambiance.

2/10 Poor

The bed made noise whenever move, the sound was so annoying our family couldn’t sleep well. I complained about this to owner, and she said that could only be like that, and let me don’t move on the bed!!!! She said this extra bed is for teenagers, do you mean beds for teenagers can make noise? There is a stainless part on the bed’s frame which is too sharp that cut my husband’s ankle. Believe or not, I am only telling the truth!

Great location. Quiet little corner that has a great view of the park and chateau! Extremely close to to the Dufferin Terrace. Can reach the beautiful lower town (old quebec/quartier petit champlain) easily and quickly even just for a casual stroll after dinner. Room has all the essentials larger hotels offer. Very clean.

We loved our 3 night stay! The hotel is within walking distance of all the sites of Old Quebec City. We could see the park, river and Chateau Frontenac from our window. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We parked our van in a parking garage a few blocks from the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning one day!
