Highly disappointed
It was old, the bed was not comfortable at all and the pillows were lumpy! The tv did not work, the door seal needs to be replaced because the sunlight came through it along with the smoking section outside!! I do not recommend staying there!!

Only there overnight, but we're pleasantly surprised with this motel. We knew it was dated, but it the bathroom and been recently updated. Unfortunately, the recent hurricane and damaged sea wall, pool deck and access to beach. Still we enjoyed our stay and it;s in a prime location...

Daytona beach is pretty messed up right now from their recent hurricane. A lot of parks and beach access are closed. Parking is limited at this hotel, I arrived for my 2nd night at 12 pm and there were no parking spaces available. I had to park on the shuffleboard or leave my vehicle elsewhere and walk to the property. The employees are fantastic! Room was clean and fairly quiet. I could hear people above me walking and the beds are on metal supports that make a lot of noise when entering an exiting the bed. I found a toenail in my bedding and was concerned it was from someone else the night before I arrived.

This motel is a jem. Built in the 60s and it like you were transported back to that time. Expect it doesn’t show its aged. Impeccably maintained and the rooms have been remodeled. Will stay again.

Room was clean, large and spacious. Beds were a little more on the firm side. Staff was friendly and accessible when needed. Had plenty of outside seating and access to grills. No pool at this time as they are still under repair from hurricane. Good bargin and would stay again.
