I liked their service and cleanliness, everything is very nice and they deal with the customer very well. I had gone to Mrs. Mississauga Ontario for a wedding with my kids and booked this hotel to check in at night and I loved their service. I had come from Montreal.

Won’t stay here again. Picked a deluxe room and didn’t even have a microwave in it. The room was very tiny and I didn’t find the staff very friendly.

The property itself was very disappointing but 2 over the overnight Front-desk staff members provided exceptional customer service and tried their best to help as much as they could. However due the poor state of the rooms and certain aspects of the property despite there best efforts they could not resolve the issues with this property.
