Lockbox
I informed the front desk Tiffiani that I was unable to get the lockbox to open. She stated that she will call maintenance to come open it for me. Comes to found out they do not have no maintenance person until 8am. I told her I was a flight attendant and I have to get there by 9am. She then proceeds to give me codes that did not work. I informed her that I need this open my belongings for work and phone is there. She began to get an attitude and frustrated stating there’s nothing I can do, I have people checking out soon. If she’s a manager you have to have a backup solution or a manager on call. I could have needed my medication. She couldn’t come up with a solution. I went downstairs to ask what’s going on. She stated she spoke with maintenance and he would be here at 7am. She failed to inform me he was coming early. I asked her why she didn’t tell me. She stated she had forgotten. It would have been wise to inform me he was coming. She seems unfamiliar and unfit to be a manager working at Woolley’s. I will be talking with management or someone who is in charge immediately
