It was ok. I love Narragansett Beach.
The Shore house calls themselves, Oceanside, not to be confused with an Ocean Front… It’s deceptive. Also, they ran out oThe Shore house calls themselves, Oceanside, not to be confused with an Ocean Front… It’s deceptive. Also, they ran out of half-and-half for coffee…too bad so sad if you take cream.

Good with a few caveats
Location was stellar. Room was bright, clean. Ample space, refrigerator, comfortable bed and bedding. Negatives as reported by others were thin walls, constant recycling of air conditioning blowing right at the bed, trying to get the shower not to flood the whole bathroom, and lack of room darkening shades.

4/10 Fair

Lock on door did not work, no wifi, cable
Our dead bolt was broken and the staff (Mike) was extremely patronizing, said it was due to the ocean environment (What? Um... the $400 night hotel is on the ocean!). Obviously knew it was broken prior to booking. Would not move rooms, no refund. NO WIFI! Imagine not being able to use your cell for calls, etc...! And cable didn't work, Mike tried to say it was due to bad remote batteries, what? We got cable to work in the end. We have stayed here before and it was fine, especially location, but no frills. We will not be back.

6/10 Good

Property was nice with newly remodeled rooms but the downside was that the bed was hard, squeaky & uncomfortable. Air conditioner from next door rattled into our walls. Needless to say, didn't not have a restful sleep. Also, it should be noted that it is oceanside motel (meaning across the street) which does not mean oceanview!
