Absolutely dirty and not maintained. The sheets, the carpet, the fan, everything had inches of dust and grime on it! Snow was not removed. The attendant was nice but unable to do much when we complained about a beeping smoke detector. Will not recommend this place.

Underwhelmed
There was no one there to CK us in. I had to call, then knock to finally get someone. The man was friendly when he finally appeared. There was no elevator, so we had a large suitcase to take up the stairs. There was no breakfast, even tho there was a nice breakfast area.

The room smelled and was not comfortable. The air in the room was terrible. I had booked another room for my sister and second room was not ready bed was not made. She was moved to another room and had problems with the TV. The man repaired the tv was nice and apologized. I would not stay here again.
