Great homebase
Convenient small room as expected.

Great location for sighseeing
The hotel is steps to different subway and train lines which makes it very easy to access different tourist sites and neighborhood. Quieter neighborhood but there are a variety of restaurants nearby and 7/11. Staff very friendly. Room is slightly smaller than other standard rooms but it was ok, we had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable.

Good overall, but slow internet
The internet was too slow; my phone couldn't connect to it......

Nice clean hotel in convenient location
The hotel is relatively new. The room I stayed was a bit small but I have to say it’s Japanese standard. The only drawback was there was almost nowhere to eat when you arrived on Sunday night. The hotel was up above Higashi-Nihombashi / Bakuro-Yokoyama subway station, which are convenient for HND/NRT transfer.

Conveniently placed hotel
Hotel was right next to a station's exit, so that made it easier for us to locate. Staff was friendly and pleasant. We ran into a situation which required communication with staff, but the staff's English was not great, and I had to use my basic Japanese to communicate instead. Staff can speak English to check you in, but when you run into a problem with them, you'll have issues communicating as their vocab is limited. Room was also very small. Double bed, and then a strip of land that was big enough for one person to walk through, and then a desk next to the wall. Difficult to unzip your suitcase without rearranging the furniture. Bathroom was adequately sized. Pillows that were provided were not pillows. They were a very flat, square cushion. Could not sleep; had to purchase a 300yen pillow from Daiso to sleep.
