San Pietro Boutique Rooms, Rome

This is a lovely place in a great location in the Prati. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-appointed. Sara is a gem and went out of her way to help us when our bags were delayed and we had difficulty tracking them down. The restaurants nearby are great - la zanzara around the corner and the vin cafe cucina right across the street in particular are real Roman places with great food and ambiance, the opposite of tourist traps. From the hotel you can walk easily in a few minutes to the Vatican and the entire historic district and Trestevere are also within walking distance. This is just the perfect location for a Rome visit. We would definitely stay here again and plan to do so!

Sara and the owners were willing to help us with information, booking transportation or tours, they were very gracious hosts. The location is an easy walk to central Rome and right close to the Vatican city, alot of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was very clean, with comfortable beds, wifi and a very nice layout/design. I would recommend it to anyone.

Great boutique hotel located near the Vatican and within walking distance to other Rome attractions. Nice area with great restaurants nearby. Supermarket less than 2 minutes from hotel. Room is clean, very well decorated and has all the ammenities you need. Would like to thank the team for being flexible and helpful throughout my stay, very much appreciated!

Excellent location, secure and close to Vatican and other main attractions. Beautifully set room, large comfortable bed, excellent shower etc. Friendly welcoming staff, always willing to help. Be aware breakfast is not on site but not a real issue (2 mins down the road in a nice cafe). Very popular wine bar opposite, take note it could be noisy in summer months, could hear the chatter etc even in Feb!!!

This hotel exceeded all expectations and the staff were absolutely fantastic. Great service, brilliant location and beautifully decorated rooms that are well maintained and exceptionally clean. Would highly recommend.

Arrived at the property and was greeted by Sarah who gave us a little intro to Rome and recommended us places to visit as well as restaurants. The rooms were very clean and spacious for 2 pax. Loved the interior of the place. Overall really enjoyed my stay in Rome and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rome. 5 stars!!

Great property within walking distance to the Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. They will take care of you.

Fabulous room and host. We only stayed for one night as an extension to our cruise. Walking distance from Vatican, great shops and restaurants. Sara was extremely kind, professional and accommodating. She emailed me right after I booked the room to get the details on our travel plans and make sure she could make arrangements to accommodate us in every way. She also scheduled transportation for us to the airport. We came to our room directly from our cruise ship with all our luggage in the morning. Luckily the room was ready early and Sara was kind enough to give us our room prior to normal check in so that we could leave our bags and go explore the city. Rooms were beautiful, modern, clean and very comfortable. Bear in mind this is not a full hotel but rather converted apartment rooms, so they are not going to have the full amenities of a hotel (fitness room, spa, room service, etc.). However the service was much better in my opinion because of the personal touch. We would absolutely stay here again when visiting Rome.
