Worst check-in experience
Hotel desk manager wasn’t so flexible when we were checking in. My flight got canceled so my husband had to check-in by himself and the desk manager would not allow him. My husband asked him to call directly to me and he was hesitant at first. When he called me I told me three-four times that I booked through Hotels.com but he wouldn’t listen but keep asking why i have an additional address in US which seems to be the Hotels.com address.

Great location!
Stayed for a Nuggets game. The location was perfect for walking the city and close to Pepsi Center. The valets were especially great. Not just helpful but always pleasant and friendly.

Had a lamp and several outlets that didn’t work. Would have been nice to have more bath towels but that could have been a COVID restriction. Overall enjoyable stay.

Great location. Very clean hotel.
Beautiful hotel. The staff is handling the COVID-19 well. Very clean room. Sanitizer is placed throughout the hotel. I was upgraded to a spacious room. The staff was friendly and helpful. Easy walking to everything.

uncomfortable bed and pillows
This was the most lackluster high end hotel I’ve ever stayed in. While it’s a beautiful renovated historical building, the bed was not comfortable at all with really hard pillows. I slept terrible and regretted not staying at the Hilton. Amenities were closed due to COVID, but the terrible view and bed makes this a low rating for me.

We will be back!
We had a great stay! The hotel was very quiet, staff were super friendly and helpful with suggestions of places to go. The hotel is right around the corner from the 16 Street Mall, full of food and shopping! Another plus, great parking available for a fee each day but it’s completely worth it for how close you can park. Our only slight downfall was the bed was very hard, but every one has their own preference there so to some it’d be amazing.

The room was very nice and clean. Due to the Covid-19 we were not able to experience the restaurants within the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would give this hotel another shot once the safer at home is lifted and restaurants are open.

Completely Filthy 4 Star hotel should be a 1 star
What happened to Marriott's properties? Don't blame COVID-19, this is just purely bad management. My husband and I both work in the hospitality industry in Las Vegas and we understand the challenges during this time, however, we know how to properly staff our business. We were completely dumbfounded and shocked at what we saw at this property. When we got to our floor after check-in, we saw piles of dirty linens, piles of dirty towels, overflowing garbage cans, and a pair of dirty socks in the elevator and to make matters worse, all those items remained in the same locations more than 36 hours later! No one picked them up. We also found out in speaking with the front desk manager that only one employee was working in the entire hotel! This was not her fault, but bad management on Marriott's part. Sadly, as a comparison, the night before we stayed at a 2-star hotel in rural South Dakota and the place was extremely clean, friendly and we had great service. Don't waste your time at this place. For a 4 star, it should be downgraded to a 1 star after this sad experience.
