Had I not prepaid, I would definitely have looked elsewhere. Bed uncomfortable, 1 pillow per person, had to ask for 2nd. No toiletries provided. Very old establishment

It's OK for the price
I arrived at the hotel at 0930 after an all night flight and was pleased that I was able to check into my room. The desk manager was very pleasent and answered all my questions. I had no issues with check out on my day of departure.

I was not happy with the service or my stay at the maple glen because of poor communication l had with hotel manger he was rude on the phone. He never recreived my email confirmation on time and the room wasnt clean at all dust through out and floor wasnt vaccum. Therefore l feel l deserve refund back in full.

Enjoyed our stay. The room was dated but everything was clean. Good hot shower but bring own shampoo and hair dryer. The room has a table and two chairs which was great for playing games and eating in. Needed hangers but we survived without. Will be going back.
