Untrained Check in Staff
Check in never processed my government rate nor tax exempt after handing over paper work and identification. Thankfully another staff was able to remove the tax after checkout but wasn’t capable to change the hotel rate. “Only accounting department can do that.” So the individual the night I checked in acted like he new what he was doing, took all my stuff, and never processed a thing. So now I’m waiting on reduction on my card….again. Added a little aggravation to my overall experience. Beautiful building/lobby. But train your staff.

Welcoming staff - lovely old hotel. Convenient to our game @ Syracuse dome & local restaurants. Only issue was during checkout - the street was completely backed up with valet cars - my husband unable to pick me up at the door - hate to walk down the street with 2 suitcases+ on a snowy cold day!!

Perfect!
This room was perfect. The bed was very comfortable and it was convenient that there was body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. The staff at check in and valet were very friendly and accommodating.
