Mixed feelings - watch for construction
Pros: Nice property well locate and spacious. Comfortable beds. Nice linens. Good service. Restaurant on property. Fun walkable long beach just in front. Feels very safe too. Cons: there is huge construction started around Feb 2023. It will last at least a year. It’s noisy and shakes the whole building. Also the “ocean view” varies a lot. There are about 4 different buildings you can be in. They are slightly diagonal and there are trees . So if you happen to be on the ground floor in the back building , it is dark like a basement, and you have view of a wall. We changed rooms to a penthouse which had a large balcony and roof terrace. The balcony was fun. The roof terrace we didn’t use at all - not much shade, windy, uncomfortable couch and roof view that wasn’t very pretty.
