Good Stay
We had a fairly good stay. We arrived in town early and called to see if we could do early check-in. I could not get through on the phone so just left a voicemail and they called me back about 30 minutes later (our room was ready). So we were able to check-in around 1:30pm instead of 4pm which was nice. We loved the look of the hotel and the large staircase coming in. The room itself was nice, just minor details with the ceiling and wallpaper were not in good shape. The lighting was not very good unfortunately but not a dealbreaker.
The bathroom was pretty clean and stocked. There was no bathroom fan so showering caused a lot of moisture.
There is no room service option, so they have a Keurig coffee machine with 2 coffees and 2 teas (some sugar, creamer). It says to call to get restocked, but we would not get through to anyone. We also had an ice bucket in the room, but no ice machine to be found. The map on the door did not show one, and again we could not get a hold of someone on the phone and the front desk was usually empty.
The bed was comfortable, and the room had black out curtains which was nice. The room was also pretty quiet considering we were next to the stairs and the hotel is at a busy intersection. Being close to the Niagara Outlet and the Keg across the street were also bonuses for us.
Overall, I would stay there again as we were not in the room much anyways.
