Cazwin Villa, Montego Bay

Super friendly polite and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Comfort bed. A bit far from centre. Very low water pressure.

Not a hotel or villa, it is a house that has had the rooms turned in to accommodation. it was far from town on terrible roads. they have driver there for you but you have to pay crazy high rates for them in US dollars. there was one lady there (who was lovely) to cook you breakfast, but other than that there was no tea and coffee facilities in your room, and there was a fridge with other drinks which again you had to pay for.

I communicated with Ian after making my booking. He was patient and very helpful answering all my concerns. We were greeted by Mr. Light when we arrived. He was warm and very helpful. We later needed to go to the store and a gentleman by the name of Lloyd took us everywhere we needed to go. The icing on the cake wad our breakfast. Miss Elaine and Mr. Light wl spoil you rotten. It was delicious!!! Ive been coming to Jamaica for 15 years and this was my first time at Cazwin. I will definitely return

It was a great experience staying at Cazwin Villas. The Villa is beautiful and has tons of space! The staff, Mr. Webster, Ian, Rohan, and Ms. Joi were a treat and made the trip extra special! I can't wait to see them again and it was very safe and secure. Everything was in a reasonable driving distance. We were cooked traditional Jamaican food every morning and had access to wifi and A/C. Ms. Joi even let me join her in the kitchen and shared her recipes! Our driver, Rohan was very dependable and very knowledgeable about the area. Mr. Webster is a lovely man and is there for anything you need. Lovely people and beautiful place. The rooftop is a nice place to relax and take in the town.

Food was great, room facilities superb. Thanks to the house keeper and her assistant, you treated us well.

Even tho we stayed for one night it was very nice. My wife and we’re a lil Leary about staying in a house that’s not in the resort area. Rohan(transportation guy) picked us up from airport, he was a very nice young man who took us to get some food and other stuff before dropping us off to the Cazwin Villa. When we pulled up to the house. Man this is a mini mansion!!! Car gate opens up like your in Beverly Hills. We met the groundskeeper Llyod who was a kind respectful and helpful man who helped us with anything we needed. There are 7 different size bedrooms all with each it’s own bathroom. Very clean very well maintained property. Have a giant living room to watch tv. Also a big kitchen and dining area to eat.(u have to bring or make your own food). But u do get breakfast in the morning and Ms. Joyce had the place smelling of some nice authentic breakfast early in the morning. Had some stew chicken, callalou, dumplings, fruit, coffee and Oj. Well seasoned and delicious. Has a nice rooftop lounge to relax with a nice beverage and play some music. They also have a grill on rooftop to bbq or jerk something!! Overall. Even tho at that particular night which was a Thursday night we were the only ones there we felt like we were family there and felt like we were home. Rohan, ms Joyce, llyod, and Ian made us feel so comfortable and like family. Will definitely come back for more days. PS. They do have WiFi. Also it’s not close to any stores or shopping.

The property was fantastic, I would love to stay at this Villa again. What made it most enjoyable was the staff! Ms. Joy, your food is the best we have tasted in Jamaica. And Ian the Manager, Thank you. and Rohan our driver who took care of us on and off the property. Their professionalism and caring spirit, For my wife and I (Clarence & Sandra) I will not soon forget. They went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful after hearing about our previous stay at another hotel while Jamaica.

There was no soap to bathe with. I cannot understand how an accommodating facility can be out of soap for ite client.

The only things bad about this hotel was it was very hot in the hallways and it was far from everything. The Taxis overcharge you but I found a good Taxi driver name Rahann. Breakfast was good but only stay here if you are on a budget.

The establishment is clean, quiet, safe and comfortable. It’s away from the noise and action and ideal if you like the city life for play but like to live (sleep) about 15 minutes away in the quiet suburbs. The staff is awesome! They were very helpful, welcoming and accommodating. Not only did Ms. Joi tell me where I could get my hair braided in town but she also took the time to go with me. She prepared delicious breakfasts with an abundance of food and served it when we were ready for it. Rohan, the driver drove us around on our schedule. The vehicle was even clean and pleasant. He was always on time and a phone call or text away. He was very informed and honest about the monetary exchange rate, places to go and the overall culture. The groundskeeper whose name escapes me was helpful, honest and welcoming as well. The honesty, welcoming, cleanliness and accommodating are qualities that we can appreciate. This encourages us to recommend Cazwin Villas to others.
