The staff were amazing and the property looked amazing, gardens beautiful, pool area awesome, but from the moment we arrived our room was a big disappointment. Got there about 3.30 pm, booked in, got our poolside room. Went to lock our valuables away and the security safe did not work. Staff attended but where unable to fix it. Went for a swim, returned to the room for a shower. The towel rack fell off the wall, the shower head ( in both inside and outside showers) was broken so had one full stream of water and not a constant flow, to top it off, no hot water. Saw the staff who contacted the maintenance guy, so we waited 4 hours for him to come.He siliconed the shower head back into place but was unable to fix the HWS. So a cold shower for us. During the night the power went out, so no lights or air-con. Contacted staff, again, and once again, waiting for the maintenance man. Went to use the toilet and it overflowed, Finally after two days we were offered another room, but by then we had decided to head back to Legion as most of our Lovina trip was wasted waiting to be able to utilise our room. We had booked for 2 more days but were disappointed with the whole place. A staff member rang the owner to tell what had happened and that we were leaving 2 days early and the only compensation we were offered was that we didn’t have to pay our bar bill which was a grand amount of about $ 15.00 ( AUS)! Very disappointed.By the time our driver arrived at 12.00 nothing had been fixed.
