No air con and no private bathroom but they required me to pay upfront when I booked. Some of the pictures they posted to the web are deceiving as those pictures are not the hotel itself but the public area of Munich.

Not a good stay
The room was extremely small and needs refurbishment ASAP. The radiator was from the 1930s. Bathroom was out dated

Well priced. Close to station. Great service.
First time in the country. Service was great, the lady helped us with the cab driver who was difficult and going to charge us more for not having cash which is a tourist scam. Breakfast was good. Close to station. And good price for accommodation during Oktoberfest. Would recommend!

Good choice for Munich business trip.
Cancelled fligh turned this business trip into a long weekend stay in the city. The hotel was perfectly adequate for what turned into four nights from two. Both rooms used were clean and beds very comfortable. Pretty quiet too despite being on a busy road junction. There are a few restaurants within the same block as the hotel and several others just a 10 minute stroll away, a look on Google maps will quickly show their location or ask the reception if you are not certain. Good English spoken by desk staff. Breakfast was included in my rate and this is a buffet style affair typical of smaller hotels like this one. Lift is clean but a little slow, I made use of the stairs however elder or disabled guests will find these a struggle, especially if allocated a room on the second floor. Economy rooms (without an en- suite) use a shared toilet and shower room along the corridor which is perfectly adequate for the function. If you wish to have your own facilities, choose the slightly more expensive room option when booking on line. My first two nights were good value at £123, which included an ensuite but I was delighted to get two extra nights for £73 in a slightly bigger economy room, meaning my total stay came in under £200! If you need supplies during your stay, there are a couple of small shops just two

Very nice stay.
It was very nice place. Staff was welcoming. We unfortunately came late for check in and she was able get us taken care of. Everyone was very pleasant. Breakfast was very good - had a nice variety to pick from. We stayed 2 nights and on Sunday check out - mimosas were an unexpected treat. Would stay there again.

Shower & toilet are spotless but keep in mind they are shared utilities, not in your room. There are no tea/coffee facilities in your room, only in the reception area, if you ask for hot water for tea you will be charged 2euro per person asking, I was not informed of this charge until checking out, better off going out to a cafe to purchase a nicer version. I paid with cash upon checking out and 3 staff members could not get the printer working, they suggested an email receipt instead, I agreed and still have not received this 3 days later. There was a drunk German man screaming and trying to kick in the hotel front door for 20minutes around 4am, the police were at the hotel until afternoon after that. Good to see they take that kind of thing seriously. Other than that - cleanliness & location are fine.

Small room, decent hotel
Location was a bit far from downtown, but was only space available for the days I was in town. Hotel is older and the rooms are super small, mine had a twin bed and I could almost reach across the room....almost felt like a private room in a hostel. Breakfast was included and offered a fresh selection of items.
