Great value and nice spot.
I have stayed at the Laquinta a bunch of times. Very good location for the beach and restaurants. Always clean and comfortable for me. I have a service dog and haven't had any issues with the hotel accepting that. I will be back.

Decent place, was wary of recent reviews but didn't experience any "smells". There were many dogs, but our room didn't seem to have previous canines. Was not expecting much from the breakfast, and it was average at best. The floor hadn't been mopped in a while, but it was not filthy. The trek to the beach was a long block. Staff couldn't explain the billing with a deposit of one night subtracted from total. Overall a 6

Great stay for a reasonable rate.
Expedia indicated check in was at 3 when in fact it was at 4. Outside of having to wait which I believe was not the fault of the hotel it was a great stay. Everyone was kind and helpful. Our room was great with a view of the ocean. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach which was great!
