Super cute hotel with lots of personality
This is a well cared for and beautifully appointed hotel. The night market is just down the road as well as the river and the pier to take a boat to the beaches. It is as cute as a bug in a rug! The only negative is there is not elevator, just a circular stair case. Best to stay sober when going on the stairs.

Hotel location is good for tourism (not so far from the Old City and near Night Bazaar), service was good (although I did not have complex requests). I did not like the room layout: no bath and the shower is in front of the toilet, so after shower the floor at the toilet is wet. Also WiFi did not connect in the room, I could use it onle at the lobby.

Good Location!
Hotel staff were very friendly--place was clean and they helped me sort out a few day trips. It's right around the corner from a busy area but also felt quiet enough to get away. Rooms were nice--it did get very bright in the room early in the morning, though. Swimming pool was nice and the bar out front was good to relax at as well. I'd stay here again.

Above average hotel for an average price.
The check in was really smooth. The receptionist was really helpful in helping me book last minute tours. The room was very spacious and clean. Location was very good. About 10 mins walk to the bazaar. There is also a cheap and good massage 5 minutes away on the right of the hotel. I got a room on the second floor, just above the bar. The balcony door was very thin. You could hear people talking below. The noise gets worse when a tuktuk passes by. The breakfast was average and its service was a little slow. Overall its was a good hotel. I would recommend it. Just don't take the room closest to the main road.

A Real Stinker
My family and I hated this dump. Our rooms and much of the public areas had a terrible mothball like smell that we would try to mask with air freshener each time we complained. The online pictures are great, the hotel isn't This was by far the worst hotel we stayed at in Thailand and one of the worst ever.

Great service and location.
A very charming hotel that's well located in Chiang Mai. It's in walking distance to the main road and the busy areas where the bars and hostels are located but distant enough that it's quiet and peaceful. It's also very close to the Night Bazaar. The staff is lovely and very warm. Our only complaint was that there was often a smell of sewage coming from the bathroom. I don't think they can do much about it because it is probably a larger plumbing issue. The one time that it emanated strongly we call the front desk and they sprayed something that seemed to take care of the smell. All in all, we took it in stride and enjoyed our time in a beautiful place.

Decent Hotel
Staff was great. Nice and helpful. Rooms were ok and clean enough. Beds were hard and the WiFi in the rooms was not very good. Ok for a one night stay
