When I first went to put the key in the apartment door I noticed water running down the door from the shower in the apartment above. I was moved to another room which was smelly, dirty, had a hard bed and a sticky bathroom floor. I had to put a towel on the bathroom floor. The old fridge was so noisy that I had to unplug it to sleep - this meant that the floor flooded by the morning once the fridge defrosted. I used the towel from the sticky bathroom floor to mop up the fridge water - this white towel turned black. The bed was rock hard - it felt like sleeping on a pool table. The odd cockroach ran across the walls. If we had a bigger hire car, we might have slept in that.

Poor condition
The place was not what the photos showed in the website. Staff unreachable. The bed room we got is dirty, sheets aren’t clean, towels oily and the room got a smell, went to check the bathroom and the shower floor have moulds on it and the toilet has a fluid leaking from the back and emitting foul odour. Aircon was set to the coolest temp but was sweating all night. Had to book a different place and run away from this place.
