Disappointed.
I stayed at the Saint tropez for my birthday Feb 13-16. I loved the scenery, it’s by the Ocean,the food was great. What made say the service was terrible is that they have no repair man at night, so God help you if any broke and it did, my door was beeping all night long ,but it took them 2 days to fix and they finally upgraded my room as consolation. Next thing they over billed me $180, when I was leaving,travelers beware! Stated I ate at the restaurant on valentine day , which was not true ,I ate out and even brought food back to my room. I am filing a dispute with my bank right now. Please pay for your meals at the restaurant PLEASE DO NOT CHARGE IT TO YOUR ROOM.

Unfortunately, the pool area and bar is where the cleanliness stops. The room and halls smelled of mold. Aside from terrible smell in room, the floors were covered in dirty sticky residue. Worst part of it all my husband woke up with bed bugs bites. Stay away don't let pictures of pool fool you.

Party hotel with lots of flare
Let me preface this by saying this is 100% a party hotel and so if you are looking for peace and quiet this is not the place for you. There was a DJ til 1am Friday night and another on Sunday til 9pm and you could hear people outside partying until way past that. That being said the service was great, the pool and location were awesome, and the food was also very good. Just don’t stay here if you expect to go to sleep at a reasonable hour.
