Beautiful condo. Bigger than it seemed in pictures. Only down side window leaked.

Great location
Great place to stay, right next to Biltmore village, you can walk to the many restaurants. I have stayed here two years in a row and have yet to be disappointed. Very spacious and well maintained. Overall very pleased

Mostly great with a few pain points
Overall, our condo was outstanding. We stayed in B101, which was two stories. First floor had 2 living rooms (one of which had a foldout couch), dining room, kitchen, and half bath. The living room had a huge gas fireplace. The second floor had two bedrooms with queen beds and 2 full bathrooms. It also had a washer/dryer. The beds were somewhat comfy, although a bit old. Pillows were not great. The foldout bed was not comfortable, but good enough for a small child. We were very pleased with the space and setup. Unfortunately, the heater started having issues late at night (when the low outside was in the 30s). We ended up turning it off and just notifying the management in the morning. The only thing that was not so great were the fees. The price was advertised on as a little over $100. With 2 adults and 2 children, the taxes & fees came out to over $135! My bad, I didn't notice this until after I'd clicked Confirm. If we'd had just 1 adult, it would have been $14 in fees. I get that you charge more for cleaning up after 4 people than for 1 person, but twice the listed room rate seems excessive. If you are looking for a hotel experience outside the norm or plan on staying for multiple days, this would be a great option. The kitchen and washer/dryer are a huge plus.

Very nice, a few small things though...
We couldn't ask for a better location! Don't take the comments below as bad, this is a great place to stay... I wouldn't mind owning one of these units. Interior doors are solid which cuts down on noise in the unit. Road and emergency vehicle noise is a little loud in the mornings. We heard a trash truck beeping for a while on a few mornings. A few issues that the owner/manager should pay attention to. The carpet tack strip at the threshold leading into the master bath needs got me good. There's some sort of black bug(looks like a stinkbug) in the unit... We killed many while we were there. Window sills in master need cleaning. Always leave the door open on a front-loaded washer...we ran it on hot to get rid of the mildew smell. It's nice having dishes there, I would suggest adding an oven mitt and a scouring sponge. Also, leave extra trash bags and be sure the one in the trash can is the correct size... The one that was there was for a small bathroom trash can. Water heater breaker was off, may want to have the cleaning crew turn it on before check in. If the portable heating units in the master closet on plugged in/on, they will trip the breaker when you turn on the television in MBR. Mattress in sleeper sofa needs replacing. Caulking in corners of master shower need to be redone correctly....looks messy and dirty.
