    Refreshing change from the standard impersonal hotels in Fll. Tony & Walt were more than accommodating. Will definitely make Inn on the Drive our next stay when in Fort Lauderdale.

    Both Walt and Tony are great Inn keepers, we had a great time in a super clean elegant place with a great pool and all amenities nearby, when we visit again it will be at Inn on the Drive.

    An Exceptional Property

    Inn on the Drive is an exceptional property. It exceeded our expectations. Our room was very clean and tastefully decorated. The pool/yard is secure and well maintained. Tony and Walt, the innkeepers, are friendly, personable, flexible and professional. We would highly recommend Inn on the Drive!

    LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

    The hotel is in good shape and very clean...The hosts are very nice! The greatest thing about the hotel is its location in Central Wilton Manors (for nightlife)! The only problem is the breakfast arrangement!! The guests have to literally bang at the owners' house door to beg for breakfast!!! It is sort of like a "Trick or Treat" arrangement! There is no sign of life anywhere and the guest is made to feel he is bothering the hosts. Especially since at check-in the hosts let it be known that the breakfast "isn't much" (another way of saying "Don't bother us!"???) For the price i paid for this hotel i find it sad that I felt i had to walk to a nearby cafe for breakfast!

    Great location and room

    Staff was responsive and awesome. The only things that could be improved: 10am check out and my room had no thermostat control. It had a portable AC unit that was off but also central AC. I couldn't adjust the central unit and the portable was off. Got a bit chilly in there! Would still stay again!

    Pleasure place over work

    The Inn is a great located place that comes with a price. It is clean nothing spectacular. Most communication is done via text. I was going to relax for I only had computer work to do and selected the Inn because of the wifi. The wifi was not obtainable in my room for there was only 1 bar. I had to use my hotspot on my cell to use my computer. The wifi was for their adjoining property the Island Sands and did not reach my upstairs room. I ended up leaving early because I had a virtual meeting and wanted more use of my computer. I will stay again for pleasure but will not if I have work to do.

    We arrived at checkin time to a closed office with a number on the door to call. We called, no answer. They finally answered after contacting Travelocity. We were upgraded to a larger room. That was very nice of them, however, the room was in very poor shape. Cracked ceilings, towel rack falling off the wall, a room that was repainted partially only to have the paint on the walls not match. They painted the walls, but didn't do the cut in around the top or bottom of the rooms. The curtain rod in the shower was disgusting, it was totally rusted. A $10 item. I was not impressed. I;; go back to the 15 minute drive to a branded hotel for a quality room and deal with the drive to Wilton Drive.
