Value for money, this place is great. At the end of a quiet lane but close to busier traffic areas and a short walk to restaurants, bars and nightclubs if that is your thing. The service is fantastic but it really could do with some money spent on up keep.. the top deck Pool and Bar is fantastic 360 views.. The staff was genuinely what made this stay amazing, the way they want to help and make your life as easy as possible stood out. From tiny things like every greeting to walking you around the hotel whenever they can. Facilities were good with the rooftop pool as the standout. The only downfall was the room, the shower door did not shut all the way and the hose aims right at the door so water pours out into the bathroom. When we brought it up the staff were amazing and tried to find a solution but then only came to say we had to pay to move to a better room, so we ended up getting an extra bath mats as that was the best they could offer.

Fantastic! Very satisfied with the spacious and clean room and the service by staff. The jacuzzi in the room was so comfortable and romantic. I also loved the free shuttle to seminyak square and beach.
