Good location only - close to Shinjuku station
Housekeeping services does not meet with our satisfaction. We sticked the ‘clean room tag’ on the door but the bed was not done properly. They did not touch our bed but just placed the blanket covered the whole bed. Pillows were still in the middle of the bed..... The shower head was out of control. It cannot be stood in the central area when taking shower. The shower head keeps moving/facing the wall and you have to hold it when washing.

Great hotel for a family stay
Reading reviews I was worried about the size of the rooms BUT we were pleasantly surprised with our twin room for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 kids ages 12 and 10. Ok, the rooms are not big but if you’ve stayed in a place like Manhattan before then this really is no different. We stayed here for 9 nights and i have no complaints. The hotel amenities were great as well as the location. Will stay here again next time we are in town!

Good central Shinjuku hotel
The hotel is clean and good value. It is in a busy neighborhood of Shinjuku, near the train station, so I think it is good for tourists. The rooms are clean and adequate. There is no hotel gym - the only downside to this property. The Godzilla attraction is a cool part of the hotel experience.

Impressive stay
Excellent location with restaurants, metro and JR stations. The room is typical for Shinjuku but extremely functional and everything is well thought out. Hotel provides free portable wifi/phone for guests. Bathroom is big and comfortable.

Very Good 8.0
Nice very busy hotel. But the room was the smallest I have ever had - way too small. It would be tight for a single person but not even close for a couple. No room to open your bags (2 carry-on only) or to move.

Fantastic hotel
Outstanding service and great vibe. Front desk staff were helpful and pleasant. You really can't beat having a godzilla head statue in the hotel. Great breakfast too. Will stay here again.

Great location, easy access to train station! Room was comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

All was excellent just the way the room was set up made none sense. They should take more space from the bathroom to make the actual room larger as the room was too small and not closet for guest to put their luggage.

Comes complete with an entertaining Godzilla
Love the location, close to Shinjuku Station, very busy neighbourhood, excellent people watching. Hotel comes complete with an entertaining Godzilla! In spite of all this rooms were very quiet, exceptionally clean, comfortable beds & loved the Toto!! We had an amazing view. You won’t go wrong staying here.
