Check in and check out was easy. The twin room was a perfect size for two people. Breakfast buffet was a bit expensive, but was worth it - lots of vegetables and fruit, as well as hot food and all types of coffees. Hotel was in a great location for lots of day and night activities.

The location is right in the heart of the action. Even though it is loud outside, you don’t hear too much if you are on high enough of a floor. Clean rooms. Not too much of a wait for the elevators.

The hotel is right in the middle of the really bustling area of Shinjuku, convenient to public transport and more. The staff were exceptionally helpful when we lost several items out at restaurants/in a taxi, as well as with basic needs around the hotel.
