Excellent service and compassionate managers.
Outstanding service. When I lost my laundry they really went out of their way to find it. It's nice and quiet, especially in the "suite" rooms with double beds. The air-conditioning is on all the time, which is a big plus. My only complaint it that the capsule wasn't overly clean upon arrival and I stayed for 12 days and my bedding wasn't changed. However- I'm sure it would have been if I'd asked as I'm sure it was just an oversight. I will be staying next trip.

Love this place
A great option if coming to Singapore. Lovely big pods with shelf and large locker, fantastic aircon, comfy beds, privacy curtain, hot showers, water cooler, in Chinatown, short walk to MRT, 2 nice lounge areas. Definitely my go to option when in town. Not very sociable however.
