Great location
Great service, great location.very convenient access to the train/subway. Room was on par with others in Japan. While not in Shibuya we were within 20 mins train of anywhere in Tokyo. Staff were super accommodating.

Decent place - I'd recommend it.
Pretty big hotel and lots of groups coming and going to Disneyland and places like that. So intimate it is not. But the rooms are a decent size and the place was quiet and clean. Can't beat the value. We thought the restaurant prices were high but there are tons of food options in the neighbourhood. In a week there, we never once ate at the hotel. Who needs to pay 24,000 yen on breakfast when you can grab a couple of things from 7-11 and sit and have coffee in Starbucks or Excelsior or the Deli-France at the JR station all for 8,000 Yen? 200 metres to the JR and Kinshichi metro station. You can get anywhere in central Tokyo in abut 30 minutes. Also, the JR has a train that goes direct to Narita in 75 minutes about twice an hour for 1320 yen. Very convenient and you can avoid the crush in Tokyo Station. Also, there is decent shopping and food in the 10 story mall next to the JR, including a mini-uniqlo. Just a note: The south side of the JR station area is a bit grittier. Lots of cheap restaurants but also quite a few shady looking bars and massage places. Nothing to worry about and indeed, it adds a bit of colour to what is a very commuter oriented area. The only negatives to me were to public baths and no workout facility. If you want to be on the east side of town near Skytree and Asakusa, this is a great option.

Useful hotel.
I'd like to stay here for the next trip in Tokyo again. Clean and comfortable. Bus access is perfect from the Narita airport.

Close to Everything, Great Breakfast Buffet
We had an amazing stay here at the Tobu Hotel Levant. The king-sized bed was perfect, and the bathroom and amenities were very nice. This spot was perfect for attending an event at nearby Ryogoku Sumo Hall as well as taking their complimentary shuttle to Tokyo DisneySea. The surrounding area is a bit more of a business district, but the usual konbinis are nearby for snacks, and there's a great shabu shabu place only a few blocks away. We were also able to easily get to Skytree and Asakusa using the train stations nearby. Finally, I gotta say their breakfast buffet is one of the best breakfast buffets I've ever had in my life. It doesn't matter what part of the world you come from, if you have a regional breakfast, they probably have a version of it available for you to eat here. Great hotel, can't recommend enough!!
