Can’t wait to stay again
Such a lovely spot tucked into an older part of Kyoto, the rooms are traditional and you sleep on the mats on the floor but it is comfortable and cozy. You feel like a piece of history, honestly I would live here it’s a magical place. The Staff was so friendly and helpful there is shared kitchen and bathrooms which are very nice, ear plugs are provided bc the walls are actually paper but I felt like I didn’t need them, A very small number of guests stay here so the traffic in and out isn’t that much. There is an amazing restaurant across the street and places for bike parking. Very close to many sites and near to trains, you really feel like you travel back in time for a wonderful Kyoto experience!
