2 out of 10 PoorTerrible - Disorganized staff - couldn't connect to internet - first room filthy, toilet hadn't been cleaned, bed linen hadn't been changed - AC didn't work Second room - floors dirty - toilet also filthy, had a cleaning person come in and clean it up No lounge Starbucks next door didn't open until 10 am

4 out of 10 FairPros : Nice big rooms and bathroom; Pools; Gym; Sauna; Cons : The elevator system is horrible. We had to wait so long for an elevator to reach us and if any had stopped on on floor it was always full of people. The hotel staff had overridden the lift system and tried to manage it themselves thus making the whole system screw up and and one lift went out of service. The security of using your key card to access your room floor was not in place as they were using the manual override. There are no allocated spots for hotel guest parking and it's a shared lot with the attached mall. The parking system is a total joke by itself.

4 out of 10 FairWe had booked a room through expedia with a king sized bed. Everything was confirmed and payment went through the day after booking. When we arrived the next month to check in, girl at reception told us they didnt have any king size beds and they were putting us into 2 single beds. We told her that our booking was confirmed for a king bed and she said they were out of rooms and they only had single beds left. My wife and i were very disappointed. Wifi in the hotel is very weak too. Construction was going on all day and night and the loud drilling noises started right at 9am, everyday. TV signals would be lost at random times in the day too. They are still not fully opened so save yourselves the hassle and go somewhere else.
