Don’t stay until Reno is finished.
We were travelling through from the UK back to Australia and stayed 5 nights. We had jet lag and could not sleep due to the constant renovation noise all day.

Good stay
The hotel is undergoing renovations so they don’t have facilities, including restaurants. However, you can easily find eateries nearby. I left my wallet in the safe because it was black, I missed it when quickly looked inside the safe. Nevertheless, the hotel has been very helpful in locating the item especially Shane. I expect to get it back with my friend’s help. So much to my relief.

Disappointing and overpriced
Hotel under major renovations. No facilities available. Pool gym restaurant are all closed. The reception is a tiny and make shift a table and computer at a table with a bench to wait at. Very cramped when busy. Not many rooms available. Seems only rooms available are small twin rooms. Room we stayed in was very small and dated. Not unclean but rooms decor was out dated and well needed of renovation. So I guess the rooms available are yet to be renovated. Aircon was very old fashioned and noisy with limited settings. Lighting in the room very dim. Staff seem to be working under too much pressure as they don't have enough work space and the communication seems to be affected highly by this. I would say the management/owner group of this hotel are being very greedy by keeping the hotel open and by charging fairly high prices still. £110 a night is still quite high for Singapore when you think with no facilities and only small rooms it is the equivalent of a budget hotel which from my experience average about £60-80 in Singapore. If the hotel is to stay open it should be around the price but probably better for the reputation to remain closed whilst they rebuild Think this hotel is decent but avoid it until renovations have finished which I believe is around October 2023

Just ok
The rooms are small with little room to move about. If you have luggage, that makes it even tighter. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. An additional negative was the unexpected construction at the hotel which meant there was no breakfast, or lobby to utilize. We had to spend more money to find breakfast than we would have liked. The area is nice and has easy access to the MRT. I would t choose to stay here again, but it was ok considering.
