Just say no
No. Just no. I had to ask for my room to be switched 3 times. First reeked of cigarette smoke, Second had an active dripping leak in the bathroom ceiling (complete with saturated and bulging ceiling tiles) and the phone didn't work. TV not functioning in the third room and some sort of sticky substance on furniture surfaces. Finally, the fourth room seemed okay-ish (also had a bit of a cigarette smell but I was so over all the switching). The front desk staff member was very apologetic and advised that the manager would offer a discount for a future stay. The area was sketchy, traffic noise very disruptive and no hot water in the morning. I packed up and left at 6am. I didn't use the shuttle or have breakfast so I cannot comment on those amenities. I will NOT be taking you up on that offer of a discount on a future booking.

Detroit A great place to tour and see some sites.
The room was kind of small but we managed. The water in the shower ran and needs to be fixed. The tub in the bathroom needed to be cleaned a little better so I cleaned it myself to no avail. It was permanent so I just put a towel in it after I scrubbed it. But over all the restaurant was close, by, the food was great, and everything was five to six minutes away. We were minutes from Canada and could see it from across the water. Overall we didn't intend to spend a lot of time in the room. It was clean, just the tub needed to be scrubbed and it was quiet. Just what we needed after being out all day touring and visiting all the wonderful sites of Detroit.
