My stay was good However I wish they had more to offer on the breakfast and dinner menus. I often had to eat the same meal twice. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent, The customer service is awesome.

I stayed at this hotel for one night before I took a flight out back to Miami in the morning, there were some things about this hotel I did enjoy which made my overall experience quite OKAY but it was hard to ignore certain issues which forced me to leave a review such as this one. The overall staff was friendly, the room was quite comfortable with all of your basic necessities provided, but; I had to hold the shower in my hand the entire time while showering because the part where it was to attach on the wall was broken. Water would spill on the floor while showering which almost made me slip and fall despite closing and securing the shower curtain. I’ve discovered a blood stain on the bed linen while getting comfortable sleeping. There were mosquitoes in the bedroom. The in room Wifi was extremely slow. I’ve complained about some of the issues upon discovering them when I went down to the lobby the same night to ask a question but all I was told was “Really? Your room is one of the best one’s”, Seriously? What I did love was the kitchen which provided array of amazing choices of food to eat, the free breakfast for guests, onsite COVID-19 testing, beautiful landscaping and architecture, free airport shuttle, and it is very close to the airport. Overall; I give this place a 5/10, which is OKAY but still disappointing in my book due to staff allowing this place go down; meaning I would not be back.

We stay at Servotel a lot as we live in Haiti. The only issue we seem to always notice is problems with shower. It either drains too slow and overflows onto the floor or water leaks out the side of the shower door onto the floor.

We arrived to the hotel and had no WiFi in our room, no lights in the bathroom, and no a/c. They only fixed the bathroom lighting. I brought this up to the front desk at check out and the young man said nothing. He just said “all set” and kept it moving. The waitress was slow and cook took forever to come out

From checking in and out the service was exceptional. The only reason I put pleasing for overall it's because of the condition and comfort due to the mosquito bites I got all over my body. I must say they did try to make accomodation for that. The buffet staffs and cleanning crew very polite and great service. One suggestion I'll make is for them to wear gloves when they picking up the duty linens. I'll definitely visit again.

They DO NOT have small towels for hand, also the Gym, the machines are out of service, there are only weights, the wait staff takes a long time to understand or make a food order, finally I was never lucky enough to get hot water to bathe
