Another Great Stay!
We had stayed at this property before. The staff were very accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The breakfast was really good with a wide variety of things to choose from and enjoy.

Safe, clean, and cozy.
Travelling alone with 5 kids, safety was my top priority. This hotel provided that and so much more! The underground parking was super convenient, room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was not very knowledgable and when I asked for 2 extra towels and a blanket ( was missing ), I was only given towels. The breakfast menu had great variety, but by 9am most of the breads and pastries were gone, the juice from the juice dispenser was nothing but water with food colouring. Also having the repairman spread out on the floor and fixing something in one of the cupboards underneath the counter where the food was displayed was somewhat off putting. Other than that, nice place.

Pretty nice/new hotel
We stayed 2 nights, hotel was not obvious to find, no big signs, "hidden" in the middle of buildings. Checkin was fast, gave us parking but never told us parking was not free - we found out it was $12/day at checkout! Room was spacious, mostly clean (found a small piece of gum stuck on the carpet). We used the sofabed, but it wasn't made, 2nd day, after the sofabed was pulled out, they still didn't make the sofabed. Both days, they didn't give a backup toilet roll, so we keep on running out, they really should of left a backup roll when the current roll is only 10% left! Breakfast came with the stay, and it was very good, eggs, sausage,milk, yogurt, pastry, waffle, fruits, juice, coffee, tea ...etc... the kids love that they have a bowl of lollipop at the front desk :)

Nice hotel. We liked that the beds were firm. Only complaint is with design of bathroom doors. They slide so you wake up everyone in the room if using during the night, plus they have translucent glass instead of solid doors.
