Racist hotel.
Staff lied to me and delayed my check in about when my room was ready, making me miss my 4 pm appointment with loss of money. Multiple guests complained about issues as I waited for over an hour to check in.
The rooms were dirty. Lots hair on towels n bedding with stains. Few limited towels n toiletries. There’s a sign on the maids cart ” don’t touch my cart cuz it belongs to kick ass Btch “.
Broken furniture. Broken TV. Calls n complaints were ignored. The answer was always deferred to the next day or someone else until it’s forgotten.
Don’t waste your money here. There’re plenty of other better hotels around. And if you are Asian American, definitely avoid this place because it’s racist and you get profiled. Don’t give them any business until they change their customer service protocols. Please boycott this place.
