Williams inn review
The service and staff were lovely, the hotel was clean and had all the basic amenities but I will say that the word basic describes this hotel. The hotel is punching above its weight, and running off a reputation which is not true. For a hotel with such a reputation in this area, I would have expected a little more. The rooms were basic and very dated (as if the bathrooms had not been looked at since the 70’s) and there was no mini bar or room service at all. Not worthy of a four star by any means. I have stayed in much cheaper, lower star hotels that offer much more than this hotel did.

Pleasant Time in Williamsburg
I have stayed at the Williams Inn periodically for many years. In the 1990's, it was exceptional. Currently, it is in a state of decline as preparations are being made to to vacate the building and relocate the hotel within Williamstown. Sad to see that. But, it is still a very pleasant place to be.

Visiting college friend
Very comfortable and clean throughout - from common area, restaurant to room itself. Older hotel so could use some updating - curtains old and tub drain lose but nothing that interferes with good, clean room.
