A complete gong show
This is an extremely outdated hotel that needs a ton of work. The fridge did not seal properly so everything inside was unsafe to eat the next morning. Checkout is at 11am and if you’re not checked out at 11 they start calling (call came at 1102am.) asking them to hang on to a bag after checking out might as well as asked them to do some brain surgery as they were so confused that someone wouldn’t want to drag their bag around all day before leaving in the late afternoon. Their rates are extremely high for what you get, I would suggest going elsewhere for the night for a better experience.

So quiet you can hear the crickets in your room!
We are travelling across Canada as a family of 6. Stayed in the family suite (Room 101) for one night. Worst experience ever! Room was good, beds were comfy so much so that crickets had moved in. Talked with the front desk as we had killed a couple crickets and found another dozen or so dead ones. Was asked whether I had opened the window (as if it was my fault that dead ones were already there). Unfortunately, the hotel was full and could not be moved, other local hotels were booked solid. Was offered some complimentary chips and drinks as I had booked through Hotels.com. Needless to say, kids were an emotional mess having to sleep in the room and still hear a cricket or two all night. Also, the furnace is extremely loud. Got very little sleep before another long day of driving. The hotel obviously knows about the cricket issue as there is a bait canister behind the one tv stand. Can't find a way to follow up with hotels.com either. On a better note, my in-laws had a room on the second floor and enjoyed their stay very much. They probably could not here the crickets because of the furnace sounds.
