Friendly Staff & Great Food
This place was fantastic! Great location and the only hotel I have ever stayed at where the breakfast buffet was some of the best food we had on our trip... and it was FREE! The staff were incredibly friendly, in the "you wish you could be friends with them" sort of way instead of the fake customer service way you typically encounter. They anticipated needs we didn’t even know we had (like offering us towels for our day trip to the Elephant Sanctuary! And ordering us a Grab car to the airport at a discounted rate). Plus, while a lot of places have people who can speak English, and it IS a foreign country so native fluency shouldn't be expected, I have to admit it WAS a really nice bonus to interact with staff who were completely fluent in my langauge.

Nice and thoughtfully curated breakfast. The water cooler to fill your own bottle is a nice sustainable feature too. and all the bottles used are recyclable glass. Super friendly staff and 2 cute but elusive cats.

Beautiful hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Nice hot shower. Breakfast food was delicious and the service was exceptional. I gave it 4 stars as the swimming pool is basically in the lobby. Each person that comes to the hotel or sits in lobby watches you swim. Nice small pool but No privacy.

This is a really nice property. It is century located in the old City area. Close to everything. The hotel is in great condition. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I left at 6:30 in the morning, to head back to Bangkok. They did not serve breakfast until 7:00 a.m. the chef came in early and had bacon and eggs waiting for me at 6:30 a.m.

BED had AMAZING customer service! They helped us get a taxi early to the airport and packed us breakfasts to go. They also gave great information on the area, provide umbrellas if it rains, and have the BEST breakfast! Amazing food fresh ground coffee. Bed and pillows were really comfortable. My only complaint is the bathroom door was frosted so if you went to the bathroom in the middle of the night it lit up the room a little and could disturb your sleeping partner. But we LOVED this hotel and highly recommend them!

The hotel is located in a quiet alley in the middle of the old town from where everything is a walkable distance. The place itself is well kept and the staff very friendly and attentive. They all speak very good english which makes any communication very relaxed and easygoing. All that combined with Thai hospitality one felt like among friends. I would recommend this place to anybody in a heartbeat.

What a lovely hotel! I loved the location, the amenities, and the layout, but most of all I loved the breakfast and the child-free environment. The hotel staff were incredibly kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They always had a recommendation for me for food or coffee or markets, and loved to just chat as well. The rooms are big and clean, the drinking water is plentiful, and the 24 hour snacks are a big plus. If I had any complaints at all, they would be about the bed (saggy mattress, made my back ache) and the pool (really difficult to get in and out of if you have any mobility/joint issues at all) but they're not enough to keep me from staying here again and again and again! Thanks for a great experience, team. Also, the hotel's cats are the cutest in the land.
