Nice Place at a Good Price
Everything was very clean and the owner was very friendly. It was nice to support a family owned establishment. The room had two beds and parking in front. Everything was clean. The bed was fine but a little firm. I slept well and we had fun watching the tv and we used the fridge and microwave. The neighbors were very quiet.

Not good motel.
I was to stay 2 nights here but cut it to one. The first night I was sleeping and had a discomfort in my upper lungs. Could not sleep that night. One bathroom towel had woman's hair on it and the bedsheets didnt feel fully washed clean. The good thing was motel had free parking, a fridge and cable tv. Also the pool was out of service with a plastic cover over it. The place looks old but has alot of potential if they improve it big time. Staff was friendly and helpful, but I would bever come back here again for said reasons. Also many extension cords in room and hand written notes 9n wall does not look good.

Clean and inexpensive
1 night stay for a family trip to Hunter Mountain Zipline. The owner greeted us with a smile. This is a no frills place, which for $70 per night is to be expected. Our room was clean and contained a fridge and microwave. The pool was closed. My only complaint was that the hot water handle in the shower was scalding hot. I informed the owner of this upon our departure. The Four Seasons worked out well for us.

The hotel room was ok. Fridge wasnt plugged in so took a while to cool which was inconvenient since i had to buy ice because the motel didnt have any. The hot and cold water in the shower is tricky. Most disappointing was that the pool was vlosed. If i had known i would have booked elsewhere.

Well worth the money. You can stay alittle closer to the Thruway at a name brand hotel for $100 more. Very nice family that runs it. Short drive to food. Room was very clean and comfy.
