Within walking distance to the DECC
Hotel was very nice. Lots of parking. Indoor pool was big. Rooftop pool was warm...temp outside was about 35 degrees. Used the foot bridge a block away to walk to the DECC area for our show. Breakfast buffet next morning was plentiful. We'll be back!

No reservation at hotel
Upon check in, the hotel did not have a reservation for me. I had to call hotels.com, provide them with the hotel’s email, to get a room. I’ve never had this happen before using hotels.com. It took an extra 30-40 minutes to check in. Terrible experience.

The hotel did not have my reservation from Expedia when I arrived. Fortunately they had available rooms so the hotel made a new reservation for me on the spot. I'm not sure how the error happened or where the breakdown occurred, but I will be hesitant to use Expedia and/or this hotel when making online reservations in the future

Location is good for being downtown and having access to the lake and shopping. Property was dirty as well as pool areas. Room was as though it had been quickly cleaned. Hallways needed vacuuming. No extra towels, toilet paper or Kleenex in room.
