Herman Rules!
The beginning was a little rocky, the A/C didn't seem to cool our room, our TV didn't work and we heard gun shots nearby. We called the front desk and told Herman our issue and he came up to fix the TV and noticed how warm it was in our room. He then went the extra mile for us and put us in a upgraded room with a working TV and cold A/C. He is a great asset to the hotel and made our visit so much better!

The hotel was outdated and we were disappointed that the pool was dirty and the Jacuzzi wasn't working no bubbles no heat. The balcony was nice and the staff were friendly and the beds were comfy.

Good location, not so great room.
Location on the beach is good, and the pool area was very basic but OK. The room was an interior room with no balcony or views. The room was just too worn out for my liking .. some stains and mold in the bathroom, and an oven that was rusted out. The elevator took forever. Just not very relaxing.

Let’s start with the fact it was just a dusty looking hotel That advertised as remodeled . Upon arrival you see it’s not and it’s basically a motel with hotel prices . Of course you have to wait forever for a refund so you’re stuck there unless you want to pay extra for another space last minute at the end of the summer . The worst
