Not impressed! Stay away!
Not impressed! Find a better place to stay! We were highly unimpressed from the very beginning. The hotel is connected to a thermal bath/water park. The whole place is a little tacky and not taken care of. When we checked in the women working the front counter were unfriendly and seemed annoyed with even the most basic questions about the hotel and local area. We were given a room in building E. The buildings to this hotel are all right next to each other but they aren’t connected in any way. For building E we had to enter the entrance to the water park, then walk outside and into another building. The whole set up was super inconvenient and a little awkaward. The room was unremarkable... I’ve stayed in hostels that were nicer. The next morning we went to the breakfast, which was probably the nicest part of our stay. The selection of food was really good. When we stopped by the front desk, we found out the check out time was 10am, even though the hotels.com site said the check out was at 11am. We asked if we could have a later check out because the website said something different and we were given a stern “no”. So we quickly rushed to get out of there on time. But honestly, we didn’t mind because the quicker we left that place the better. Overall, there seemed to be much nicer hotels in this area and I would avoid this place at all costs!

The property is near a railroad. The property has three stories but no elavayor and no bellboys to help with suitcases. There is no evening enter on the property past 8pm. Food is average. The well. Red center is great but lacks organization. The whole property is no marked well.

donn't stay here!!!! Staff is not helpful
I booked 2 rooms when we arrived they said they don't use hotels.com and had no res..I asked to talk to manager said no manager in .. so I had to call hotels.com to call hotel to get them to straighten it out this problem...this took 4 hours it was 98 degrees I was traveling with my Dad who is 75 and can't walk long distances In the end they put us on3rd floor no .. elevators..and no AC...will never stay there again..A agent named Thomas who didn't think I under stood him as he spoke Slovakian to his co worker this wasn't his problem I was was dumb and had no res..so he wasn't going to help me..I was only there 1 day they totally waited my day!!! not happy
