Pool closed but would definitely stay again
The hotel is older but the rooms have been recently remodeled (due to a hurricane I think). Our rooms were 203 & 204. They are adjoining rooms, great for a big family. They were spacious enough for queen beds but I’m pretty sure the beds were just double beds. The kitchen seemed to be well furnished but we didn’t make use of it. The hotel is right on the ocean but it didn’t technically have beach access. There is a Volucia County beach gate that you have to walk around. I think there usually is direct access but the hurricane took it out. THE POOL IS CLOSED (6/3/23). It looks like they are working to get everything restored but obviously that takes time. There is an empty hotel on one side & a strip club across the street (closed for remodeling).

Not fancy, but wonderful!
This is our second time staying at this property, and though it may not have all the things or be super fancy…. It is a wonder place! Super friendly staff, sweet kitty who “owns” the grounds and direct beach access.

My kids and i had a great time. The pool was 2 miles away, abiut a 5min drive and the staff there were great also. Great place that felt cozy and my kids loved it. Would definitely stau here again!
