The staff was very friendly and helped me out a lot. My only complaint is the "free breakfast". The food option was toast and fruits, that's not a breakfast. At least add egg and bacon to go with the toast. I end up ordering more food off the menu. I would of gone somewhere else for breakfast if i had known it was just toast.

This is the first time I am having this experience at this hotel. Alot of new faces as staff and they were extremely rude with no sense of professionalism. I needed local currency and the hotel was unable to give me any because they claim they had no cash. They provide funds from their restaurant and I found it extremely unsettling that a restaurant had no cash, so if I purchased food, what would have been the result with my change? My room had no hot water and the water pressure was extremely low. I had to go to the front desk to report that housekeeping did not come to clean the room at 3pm. This trip was a nightmare for sure.

Overall nice place to stay bed n breakfast hotel /shalay .my room was right next to pool which was nice but when you go to bed you can hear everything outside your door people talking playing music cleaners staff .noone seems to be considerate about the other quest when it comes to noise.even in the morning you can hear staff n early sun bathers making noise at 6/7in morning

The hot water wasn't working but they fixed it the breakfast was good. The hotel is centrally located in Kingston i would go back for another stay, also the rooms could use a little upgrade.
