No housekeeping, but nice stay otherwise.
We were disappointed only in the fact that we did not have any housekeeping services from Friday to Monday. On Saturday evening, I went to the front desk & specifically asked what their policy was, as we had not had housekeeping that day. I was told we had to request it by 8am the day service was needed. I asked that we receive service Sunday, as we would be out of the room all day. It didn't happen, but they did bring fresh towels when requested. Other than that, we had a very nice stay.

Lack Of Over-site, Leaves Us Really Disappointed.
Booked the penthouse for our anniversary, got in early which was nice, however as you see in the pictures the hallway was full of last nights food from other guests, and it was still there when we checked out the next day. We booked the penthouse for the extra room and amenities, the room was clean, but as you can see from the picture the big window has been failed for some time, and not the view we were hoping for, or paying for. Management maybe should walk the halls at least once a day, and have the hallways cleaned. As for the window, this room should have been flagged for non use until the window was fixed. This was our second time at the Grand, first time was better than this time, who knows, it may be the last time for the Grand....
